St Anthony beach
The shingle beach at St Anthony in Meneage faces into Gillan Creek and becomes more muddy towards the low tide line. There are stepping stones (part of the South West Coast Path) uncovered at low tide that connect it to Flushing and Gillan Coves on the opposite side of the creek. However, when the stepping stones aren't underwater (which is about half the time), they are covered in slippery seaweed and are consequently avoided by most locals.
